Not hungry days ??
What do you do?

Most days I can get in my calorie goal with not much issue but today's like Today where it is 9 o clock I've only eaten ab 1700 of my 2300 goal but I am literally not hungry for anything !!! My bmf says burn is 2551 right now so I'll get prob up to 2800 by midnight. So...do you make yourself eat or is it okay to have a day down every now and then. I don't want to screw up any progress .... Ugh feel like I have a lot of questions

RE: Not hungry days ??
For me I don't obsess if it's a smaller difference, but for that amount I would try to find something calorie dense - peanut butter, avocado, etc...to try and get closer to goal number before heading off to bed.

RE: Not hungry days ??
I'm curious about this as I am still learning. I am trying to be reasonably consistent with my calories by my logic says that our bodies wouldn't be affected in the long run by being down on one day and up on another. If the long term trend was fairly stable, that should be alright?

RE: Not hungry days ??
Well, initially, I so believed in the process that I literally forced myself to eat...after a few weeks there was no need to force because I was then ready to get in my calories because I was starved.

You have to drop the low cal diet foods...the volumous stuff and go for the more dense calorie and protein dense foods...greek yogurts, nuts, nut butters, whole fat cheese, meats etc.

Take a peak at our diaries to get some ideas. My MFP name is Anewlucia.
