Chocolate peanut butter chunk bars
1 c whole oats
3 c crispy rice...I found some puffed brown rice at walmart but you can use what ever brand you like.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c crushed peanuts
1/4 dark chocolate chips
3/4 peanut butter
1/2 c honey

Melt honey and peanut butter in the microwave for 30-45 seconds at a time until smooth

Combine all other ingredients stirring gently so protein powder doesn't drop to the bottom

Using a plastic spatula combine all ingredients until peanut butter mixture covers everything.

spread in a baking pan and freeze for a hour. Let cool for a few minutes brfore you cut.

I store them in the fridge because they are kind of gooey.


I tried every diet in the book. I tried some that weren’t in the book. I tried eating the book. It tasted better than most of the diets.
