Do I need to do a reset?
Hi everyone!

I'm new here. I just discovered this yesterday through MFP. I was wondering if you think I need to do a reset... I've been doing MFP for a month and have been eating about 1700 a day (300 lbs, 5'8", 28/f) after about a year of not dieting at all... Eating probably 3000 cals a day.

Should I reset first or jump straight to cut?

Thanks!

RE: Do I need to do a reset?
If you were only a month in your current deficit, you can jump right to cut.

Welcome to the fam! wink

RE: Do I need to do a reset?
Thanks, Kiki!

I'm scared to eat more but I'm going to do it! The idea of eventually having to drop down to 1200/day on regular MFP scares the crap out of me. I couldn't sustain that. I love eating too much!

Lol. Then you've come to the right place!! Better to get those cals up now than deal with the reset madness the rest of us have to go through. wink
