RE: getting started
right now I have to admit I do cardio everyday along with lifting different body parts also. So it could be like chest and back with cardio and the next day bis, tris shoulders and cardio, and the rest of the days cardio

RE: getting started
Perhaps you can switch to having days dedicated to lifting or at least lift as often as you do cardio?

You could do 3 full body lift days, and 2 cardio or upper/lower split with cardio on upper body days and one other day (2 upper, 2 lower, 3 cardio)

There are several ways to switch things up, but you could start with trying to limit cardio to only 2-3 days and go from there, depending on what your body needs.
