Weight loss in week 1..Could it be so?

Weight loss in week 1..Could it be so?
I changed my calorie goal last Sun from 1300 to 1617 (bmr) & up to 1779 (tdee-20%). I weigh every Fri and decided to weigh a day early this week so I weighed on Thur so that I wldn't have to weigh after eating on the 4th and was down exactly 2.5 lbs. Fri before last when I weighed I was the same as I was the week before but that was also my TOM so this Thur when I weighed my TOM was gone so that cld have something to do with it but I honestly feel some part of that was because I am fueling my body more. I don't loose 2.5 lbs in a week. Maybe in a month 1/2 normally but surely not in a wk!! We shall see but either way I am now down 32.5 lbs total & PROUD!! I will update as I go on my progress with eating more calories as it hasn't even been a full week yet and I feel just more fueled and free.applause

I told myself I was going to give it til Mid Aug..That wld be 6 wks just to see if it helps me! I LOVE the concept and I honestly feel better and it hasn't been a wk yet!
