1.5 loss this week!!!

1.5 loss this week!!!
I am so happy. I started eating more on 6/29/13. Lost 2 lbs my first week weighing in on 7/4/13. The 2nd week I weighed in which was on 7/12/13 I was up 2.5 lbs because binged during the 4th weekend. Now here I am today and I am down really 4 lbs because I was 197.5 last wk and now 193.5 today. The 1.5 comes in because my lowest weight back on 7/4/13 was 195.5 and now I have passed that! Woo-Hooooo!!! drooling

YAY!!!! Lora, I'm so happy for you! And SOOO happy that you stuck it out. It's the moments like what you've just gone through that build up our "trust" in the process. Sometimes it just takes holding on a bit longer to what you know to do. Changes are always happening, sometimes they just stall in showing themselves wink

Thanks Ladies!! I am feeling really crampy so TOM is on the way and I had some downfalls this past weekend so I may be up this week but I WON'T be next week! I have been really pushing myself.
