help with activity too
Hello everyone
I've been struggling with figuring out my daily caloric intake since some time, fluctuating often cause I'm never sure enough to stick to it.

I'm a waitress, I work double shift at least 3 times a week (each shift is 4 hours) and single shift the remaining 3. Of those 4 hours I run up and down like crazy most of the days, at the very least for 2.5 hours, sometimes more, and often lift heavy things.

I bike to and from work 3 times a week, 45 minutes each day. I weight lift for 50-60 minutes at the gym 5 days per week and attend power yoga and aerial 2 to 4 hours a week, depending if I work.

Now to my stats:
Weight: 55kg
Hight: 1.68m
Age: 26

I'd like to lose some more body fat but I'm not sure if I should go with a slight deficit and lifting or TDEE and lifting. But I'd be happy to just convince myself on a TDEE number and stick to it whether I maintain or cut.

Thanks and sorry for the long post.

Hey there, I think you should calculate your TDEE at Extremely Active, I believe that option is the 7-21hrs of exercise. You sound as though you are super active. I got exhausted reading all of your exercise and NEAT...lol.

If you are looking to add muscle to help burn off the fat, then lift heavy and stick to TDEE to do the body recomposition.

Eating more, lifting heavy and loving life!

Wow that option is too scary lol. I always have put myself into the moderate range for fear of going too high. But I should probably up it to at least the 5-6 hrs/week option, because I'm always hungry and I don't know if it's normal because my body needs more or not. My weight has been stable since a long time but I have been eating more than 2000 calories and only recently started weight lifting.

Thanks for the help, it motivates me to eat those couple of hundred of more calories that my body demands so much without guilt haha.
