Hair question
How long does it normally take for your hair to start getting thicker after you up your calories? Mine has gotten very thin due to really low cal/low carb.

Hair loss is generally a symptom of metabolic problems caused by dieting. Once your body gets used to eating sufficient calories, you will notice yourself feeling better in many aspects, and the hair loss should reverse itself.
